The Year 2012

The New Year's Resolutions:

I myself have been living in Reno, NV, peacefully.

A few ESPN guys showed up and conspired with some locals against me. The record of their flights to Reno, NV, reflected it. Their hands were dirty in Reno, NV. As I put my life in perspective and continue to live my life the right way in Reno, NV, sending the bad guys after me is considered hate crimes of which the Connecticut based ESPN should be ashamed.

1 - The financial peril of ESPN

Over the years ESPN has been built upon sports thieveries for knowingly, intentionally profiting from the games previously determined before played. That is game fixing, sports stealing. A violation of the laws. The ESPN greed seemingly has no limit. With regard to the ESPN sports betting operation in Nevada, the only state where sports betting is legal, here is the list of possibilities: Racketeering, $ Laundering. I feel that the ESPN LA adjacent to Nevada considered the front from which they launched the sports betting operation into the Nevada sportsbooks. You see, Nevadans didn't come to Connecticut to loot and the question is, why did the Connecticut based ESPN keep profiting from the games previous determined before played in Nevada?

ESPN should be investigated by the feds. The FBI should investigate ESPN for their wrongdoing. Period.

If I was wrongdoing even in the slightest, I'd NOT have suggested the FBI investigating some ESPN journalists for pulling strings. It's common sense.

2 - The Tintin Curse: SEE the article dated 12/20 below. To be continued.

The recent Tintin statistics.

The Tintin curse: the element(s) and person(s), who looted the Tintin idea from my other old websites a few years ago and been trying to seek the profits, will die of auto accidents, illnesses, natural disasters, etc. with their mouths and eyes wide open. Some coward Americans whose names I need not to mention.

Remember this, any coordinated cover-up in any form or shape is much worst than the Tintin looting crime itself.

3 - The Australia Example: While other countries are moving into the renewables, the U.S energy is currently @ the crossroads. The proposed shale oil bill is aimed @ destroying America's landscape, both federally & privately own land, for profit. I wonder, where has all the good conscience gone?

4 - The personal resolutions: I need a wife, whether it's a 21 or a 55 year old female.

The Adventures of Tintin in the 2011-12 holiday season

"Tintin is a Western knight for modern times ..... desmontrates the universal values of loyalty, friendship and willingness to help those who are weak or needy. He is the guardian angel of Christian values which the West constantly disowns or mocks." - The Telegraph

The Personal Connection: Besides the cartoon series of Asterix Obelix, Lucky Luke, The Adventures of Tintin series has been with me for almost 30 years. From the childhood days of reading the Tintin books @ the French library in Saigon to the adulthood in America today.

The Tintin Movie: For the first time the first American version of the Tintin series directed by Steven Spielberg - The Secret of The Unicorn - will be in the domestic theatres in a couple of days.

@ Point Blank: In Steven Spielberg's latest "The Adventures of Tintin" collaboration I don't have an ounce of respect for some cowardly elements in the sports media, whose $$ behind this movie project. Remember this, the cover-up of this entertainment thievery is much worst than the wrongdoing themselves. To those, whose $$ behind this movie project, seeking the profit of this Tintin series, I'd like to say this, the life destruction will be upon them in the coming years. It's my curse @ point blank.

Again the cover-up of this entertainment thievery is much worst than the wrongdoing themselves. It is the statement I am hereby standing by.

After all, it is for the children.

The Business of Football

<> IN FOCUS: The in-dept analysis of today's football powerhouses

<> The Winter 2011-12 Transfer Window:

12/16 - AC Milan - Carlos Tevez - Paris Saint Germain: The Carlos Tevez saga

Paris Saint Germain, whose football is as soft as spaghetti, seeks to land the Argentina international Carlos Tevez. For the Argentina national team and Carlos Tevez himself, Berlusconi's AC Milan is the best option.

<> 2011-12 Champions League knock out draw

The knock out stages consist of 3 phrases, round of 16 the quarters and the semis. In each knock out phase the teams are paired up and play the other @ home and away. In the event the aggregate score is tied, 1-1 and 2-2 for example, the away goal rule will decide the winner. The semis winners will play in the Champions League Final, staged @ Bayern Munich's Allianz Arena next year.

In Brief: The flight of some European clubs in the pre Euro tournament year.

Example: Italy's AC Milan, Inter Milan and Napoli in round of 16.

The Italian club football tendency in the pre-Euro tournament year is nothing new. They simply dropped out of the CL on purpose sometimes. In the '99-00 CL the likes of Juve, AC Milan and Inter absent from the knock out stages. Months later, @ Euro '00, Italy national team played all the way to the Euro '00 final, only losing to France in a 1-2 thriller. According to today's draw, the oppositions of AC Milan, Inter Milan and Napoli are Arsenal, Marseille and Chelsea, respectively, all with heavy foreign investments. The real revenue $$ and paid dividend pressure are on Arsenal, Marseille and Chelsea, due to heavy foreign investments. Period.

The Italians are smiling, baby.

The fun center: How will AC Milan, Inter and Napoli fare in round of 16? The Odds:

All 3 advance  40/1  -  2 of 3 go through  2/1  -  1 of 3 in the quarters  1/4  -  None in the quarters  1/1

The Football Finance Homework: How does today's Champions and Europa League knock out draw effect the winter 2011-12 transfer window?

2011-12 UEFA Champions League Knockout Draw: Dec 16

After the group stage it is evident that the game of football in the Western Hemisphere is a dozen years ahead of the East in the tactical and passing terms.

<> Awaiting the round of 16 draw: Dec 16

Napoli: If Napoli elects to bolster their squad for the CL knockout stage, what Napoli needs is the established midfielder capable of leading the Napoli midfield. A couple of midfielders currently available in the winter transfer window. Example: Italy and Fiorentina midfielder Riccardo Montolivo

<> This weekend's Premier League in brief:

Wolves @ Man United: After the shaky start Man United found its footing in the must win Wolves match. Nani, United's current best player on the pitch, broke the deadlock with the clinical finish in the 17th minute. Wayne Rooney followed in the 27th minute. As Nani and Rooney each netted a pair of goals in a 4-1 win, United pulled within 2 points of Manchester City in the standings, who will battle Chelsea @ Stanford Bridge on Monday, Dec 12.

Everton @ Arsenal: On its 125th birthday Arsenal climbed into the top 4 for the first time this season after a 1-0 home win over Everton. The Gunners ended the Toffees midfield resistance in the 70th minute when captain van Persie connected from the Alex Song pass to the far left Everton post.

QPR @ Liverpool: Well organized QPR defence prevented Liverpool from scoring more. L. Suarez gave Liverpool a much needed 1-0 win. Furthermore, Kenny Dalglish's coaching is nothing spectacular, if not too predictable to the point where a 5 year old kid can read Kenny Dalglish's Liverpool game. Liverpool's recent ties have reflected the claim that Kenny Dalglish's coaching is a few years behind in the tactical term.

Newcastle @ Norwich City: Elsewhere, Norwich City considered as one of the best domestic football upstart in Britain registered  a 4-2 home win over Newcastle. I'd be delighted to see Norwich finish in the top 10 and qualify for the Europa League next year.

<> The 2011 Edition: Real Madrid - Barcelona: One of the world's best tactical and passing game at club level.

For my football study, I will look into a few things in this game.

Real Madrid - Barcelona as it happens. Courtesy of the BBC Sport.

In picture: Part 1 - Real Madrid Barcelona  1-3.

The perspective:  In recent years the annual Real Madrid Barcelona clash has become the football attraction worldwide. It is funny that some coward American soccer pundits only discussed the score line, who won and who lost in The Classic(Catalan: El Classic), without examining the deep root of Spanish football and society.

For years FC Barcelona and the Catalonia region had been in the shadow of Real Madrid and the rest of Spain. The Catalan language often suppressed in Spanish life. In 1988 the former Dutch international Johann Cruyff returning to Barcelona as coach changed Barcelona's football fortune. During the Cruyff era Barcelona underwent the transformation from the football academies onto the pitch, playing attractive, result oriented football. Nowadays the continuing Barcelona football excellence has played the major role in the Catalan revitalization economically, socially.

Archive: FC Barcelona in the complete BBC documentary Part 1, Part 2, Part 3, Part 4, Part 5, etc. I posted the BBC story of FC Barcelona on my site a couple of years ago.

The 2011-12 La Liga season is still young with only 1/3 of matches played and the football path of both Real Madrid and Barcelona in this year's Champions League is yet to be determined. The Champions League knockout draw is set for next week, Dec 16. It should be noted that the Champions League was often volative in the pre Euro tourney year as clubs suddently pulled out of the CL in the interest of their national teams. With all things considered, if Real Madrid and Barcelona decided to play deep into the CL, Spain's chance to repeat @ Euro 2012 would likely be diminished.

The conservatives recently swept into power in Spain. I am sincerely hoping that it will have the lasting positive effects in Spanish football, especially the Catalonia region and its beloved FC Barcelona.

In my opinion this year's El Clasico score line between Real Madrid and Barcelona is secondary. What important is the country of Spain comes together to tackle the national issues after the general election and the Spain national team successfully defends the title in the wilderness of Ukraine and Poland next year.

<> FIFA CLUB WORLD CUP JAPAN 2011

The major club tournament in the country of Japan best known for its technological advances. FIFA should expand the field to at least 10 teams to meet its football economic standards. The wintery football tourney: Future FIFA club World Cup tournament would be played annually in a country that has the massive crowd like the USA.

Example: A 10 team tourney format divided into 2 groups consists of 6 continent champions, 1 club from the host nation, 1 defending FIFA club champions from the previous year, the UEFA Champions League and Europa League will send 2 teams. The top two from each group will advance to the knockout semis. The semis winners will play for the Cup and the money prize.

Tomorrow's game between Kashiwa Reysol(Japan) and Monterrey(Mexico) is on FOX Spanish channel @ 2:30 am Pacific Time. What I'd like to see is the way the Japanese organize the major football tournament in the 21st century.

The Euro Championship Adventure

<> 2012: Poland - Ukraine: The Eastern pendulum.

One of the European Union's upcoming challenges after the Greek issue is gonna be dictator Putin's return to power in Russia. The economic stability and security of the EU will partially depend upon a couple of elements in the East, Afghanistan and the Eastern bloc, and north Africa. Next summer the West will seek to promote and implement the democracies, human rights, free enterprises, etc., through soccer in several newly founded Republics @ Russia's doorsteps.

I am relaxing and listening to my music while awaiting the tourney draw.

My Euro Championship Timeline:

<> 2008 Austria SwitzerlandUEFA's Martin Kallen's perspective

I am a die hard, baby. For sure, I have 30, 40 strong years to go. In the last 20 years it's been called "practice". I have not started my natural ability at full strength yet.

2004 Portugal: Champions Greece  -  Under the guildance of Otto Rehagel, who could have pulled strings, Greece registered the most improbable championship in football history.

<> 2000 Netherlands - Belgium:

Like a space program, hosting a football tournament became too expensive for one country to bear. The idea of co hosting a Euro tournament became a reality when the Netherlands and Belgium awarded Euro '00.

<> 1996: England the birthplace of football. The English invented the game of football. Unfortunately, English football has been outrun by European and world oppositions these day, due of tactical and technique deficiencies, outdated style of play, etc.

In review: The England prep for the tourney on home soil. The Euro '96 was no exception: Part 1, Part 2

The England Germany clash was terrific from start to finish. So exciting that I was late for evening German class and almost skipped the midterm that day in the midst of the German semester in Virginia .

<> 1992: Yugoslavia: The civil war in Yugoslavia broke and the site of Euro '92 moved to Sweden.

The qualified Yugoslavia team replaced by Denmark who went on to beat the unified Germany in the final to win the title. After the 1990 WC triumph the unified Germany had to wait for another 4 years to conquer Europe.

In review: Part 1, Part 2

<> 1988 West Germany: The return of Dutch football.

After the Cruyff era it took the tiny country of Netherlands approximately 10 years to produce another generation of footballers capable of winning a title. Manager Rinus Mitchels returned to coach the likes of R. Koeman, F. Kijkaar, Van Basten and Ruud Gullit to Euro '88 title.

In review: Part 1, Part 2

The young Jurgen Klinsmann sat in dismay and cried like a baby after the Netherlands match. I watched it LIVE, baby.

<> 1984 France: The renaissance of the midfielders.

The role of the midfielders was redefined in term of how to govern the midfield and launch the attack. In France midfielders, Jean Tigana Alain Giresse Luis Fernandez Michel Platini, I watched with delight the way the midfield was governed.

In review: The Michel Platini football show.

<> 1980: Let's play soccer, baby.

My Euro Championship Timeline.

2/12 - Euro 2012: England national team in the wilderness

                            - British Prime Minister David Cameron on the England drama -

<> A couple of candidates for the England managerial position:

1 - Sir Alex Ferguson knighthooded for his services to English football @ club level, guilding Manchester United to domestic and European titles.
2 - Harry Rednapp, the current Tottenham Hotspur manager, is being considered for the position.

The latest Football Association(FA) decision: Stuart Pearce, the former England international and current U21 manager.

<> My opinion: Less than 4 months before Euro 2012, in the moment when England is in need of a manager capable of guilding the national team to the title, it is the national matter of importance with the backing of the British government and businesses. My recommendation is this, the FA executives should be summoned to appear in person(s) and Sir Alex Ferguson should be called for service one more time. The addition of Alex Ferguson to the 6 month interim England managerial position along with Stuart Pearce for Euro 2012 will be huge given his tactical experience and knowledge of the game. The goal is to win Euro 2012. At the moment England has the good players capable of winning the title. What they are lacking is guildance.

The core of the England team @ Euro 2012. To name a few:

Manchester United: Rio Ferdinand, Wayne Rooney and Danny Welbeck
Arsenal: Theo Walcott
Tottenham: Tom Huddlestone
Liverpool: Glen Johnson, Steven Gerrard, Andy Carrol
Chelsea: Frank Lampard, John Terry

<> The forces of Dutch, German and Spanish football await @ Euro 2012.

A FIFA Club World Cup Tourney in America

FIFA CLUB WORLD CUP JAPAN 2011

Special to Fox Sports.

The FIFA Club World Cup is the annual tournament featuring the winners of the UEFA CL, South America's Copa Libertadores, African CL, CONCACAF CL, Asian CL, Oceania CL & host country, etc.

I'm respectfully suggesting Fox Sports submit the bid to host the upcoming FIFA Club World Cup. If chosen, the competition will be played in the month of December @ various venues in the state of Florida, Texas, Arizona, northern & southern California, and Washington. Bring in America's leading corporations such as Microsoft, Apple, Intel, IBM, etc., to finance this sporting project.

10/23  -  World Cup Soccer 2018 & 2022 on FOX.

<> Qatar 2022

Archive: Qatar 2022 Preparation

Congratulations!

Granted the game of soccer isn't as popular as other sports in this country, one of the priorities is to establish a solid base of regular viewers by distributing the matches to the affiliates such as the regional FSN, Comcast, making the game of soccer available to all. When the sports fans, the customers, recognize the quality Fox Sports is providing, the paid subscription policy will be in place.

Quite frankly, this bidding result is predictable due to the rivals ESPN being stretched financially. Before the start of 2011/12 NFL season ESPN committed multi millions to their ESPN NFL. The NFL battle line is drawn. FOX NFL v. ESPN NFL.

Fox Sports can solidify America's NFL market by acquiring the 24/7 independent NFL network the same way NBC did to VERSUS for NHL games. The acquisition of the independent NFL network will tip the NFL balance in FOX favor for years to come.

11/3 - The ESPN Predicament: They are currently engaged in the high speed race to offset the multi billions $$ investment on their NFL program. Let's see direction at which the ESPN swing is at the moment:

The NBA vacation: The could be cancellation of the 2011-12 NBA season.

No games played. No revenues.

Question: Should Commissioner David Stern quit negotiating?

MLS playoffs 2011: After the stunning MLS Cup final upset to Real Salt Lake a couple of years ago, millions $ wagered on LA Galaxy to win this year. The LA Galaxy's decision to bring in the Irish striker Robbie Keane reflected this claim. Chop, chop!

The weekly college and pro NFL games: The odd is 3,000 to 1 for the 12 corrected picks out of the combined college and pro NFL games, 37 college games and 42 pro NFL options(14 sides + 28 under/over options).

Over the years ESPN has been built upon sports thievery for knowingly, intentionally profiting from games previously decided before played. That is sports stealing. Quite frankly, I've never seen the major sports network that is as coward, stupid & shameless as this ESPN. If the sports betting is taken out of the equation, ESPN'd barely function as an entity. Like an old man walking sideway with the baton.

11/27  -  The college football detective: The recap.

Start with UConn(4-6) where ESPN has vested interest and a group of 5 win teams from the relatively strong conferences before last Friday's and Saturday's games. They are South Florida(v. Louisville), Pitt(@ West Virginia), Syracuse(v. Cincy), Purdue(@ Indiana), Vanderbilt(@ Wake Forest), Tenn(@ Kentucky), Texas Tech(@ Baylor).

The point to be made: For a team, it takes at least 6 wins to be bowl eligible.

What happened? 5 out of 7 5 win teams were ambushed in a two day period. They were South Florida 24 Louisville 34, Pitts 20 WV 21, Syr 13 Cincy 30, Tenn 7 Kentucky 10, Texas Tech 42 Baylor 66. With respect, these scores were somewhat rigged to pave the way for (5-6)UConn to argue.

The bottom line: UConn(5-6) may enter the bowl eligibility in the event there are not enough qualified teams participating the bowl games. After all, they are college kids on those football teams, South Florida, Pitts, Syracuse, Tenn. and Texas Tech, might have been denied a bowl game. The pattern of ESPN's college football conduct, whose greed has no limit, hasn't only been shameful but shady. Not only bad but terrible!

<> Qatar 2022: Qatar made football history  -  Qatar today

The latest Fox Soccer article. Why is this matter still debatable to this day? Fox Sports' Grand Plan: After securing the 2018 & 22 TV rights, is it true that Fox Sports is trying to swing this World Cup 2022 away from Qatar?

The USA should have learned to accept this loss. Plain and simple.

To Fox Sports, even in the slightest, DON'T be a coward for trying to retake this World Cup 2022 from Qatar.

The Briefing

<> Human Rights Watch: Allied Forces in Iraq & Afghanistan.

The Baha Mousa inquiry: British PM David Cameron.

Britain under David Cameron: He inherited a broken Britain whose economy is viewed as "the sick man of Europe". If he succeeds in making Britain Great Britain again, he will be in line to win the Nobel Peace Prize.

In review: The David Cameron speech at the Conservative party conf.

<> Middle East: Israel, Sinai-Suez Canal, and Egypt.

The developing news story: Turkish PM Recep Tayyip Erdogan in Egypt. In a moment when the Arab spring has reached the knockout stage, there is a strong possibility that the Israeli forces will enter the Sinai peninsula. Only the military solutions will work in Israel's favor. A challenging, interesting period for Benjamin Netanyahu, that will redefine his PM again. It'd be terrific if the new Palestine statehood is founded upon the Sinai peninsula, not in Jerusalem.

10/25  -  American politics.

Never before in American history has the Republican field been so dysfunctional as all the candidates are engaged in the $$ chop chop, grasping contest. Let's take a look @ each candidate.

Mitt Romney: The Romney candidacy is questionable. As of now, Mitt Romney himself has been playing politics @ the public's expense. If the upcoming primaries are fiercely contested, highly competitive until the end, Mitt Romney'd quit in the moment when he be required to commit his own $$ for the remaining primaries.

Rick Perry's taxi candidacy: In an era when other developing & developed countries are moving into the renewable energy sectors, Rick Perry's energy policy is outdated. His latest proposal, Are You Ready for The Ride?, is comical. Rick Perry's 20% flat rate across America, not the meter rate. America is entertained, starring Rick Perry as ex Texas governor turned tax driver.

Herman Cain: Pizza, America. It's 9-9-9 in 3 toppings of your choice.

________________________________________________________________________________

11/8  -  Herman Cain in the feminine landmine. Quite frankly, Herman Cain is experiencing the pettiness in American society & political process. I wonder, what next? The 5th woman comes out swinging: "He called me fat." The joke: I would love to have a fat wife. It's fat power, baby.
Obama's Dems are playing the Herman Cain card too hard. It could be backfired. The high possibility is that on the days after Iowa and NH the dropped out candidates may throw their weight behind Newt Gingrich. In the 2 man contest, Romney & Newt Gingrich, the former House Speaker Newt Gingrich would prevail, granted the proper, adaquate funding & organization.

________________________________________________________________________________

Ron Paul: Huh!Huh!Huh! Where is the teeth set? Free pizzas from Herman Cain.

Newt Gingrich: While other candidates are engaged in the $$ grasping contest, New Gingrich with the least chance to win should emerge as the candidate of knowledge. Education determines the progress of a nation. While China has been lifting millions out of poverty by making them work to death to support its domestic, export economy, the USA, due to its culture and way of life, has been throwing millions into poverty. The AG Eric Holder said in the Christian Science Monitor article: "The USA is a country of cowards". Giving billions to the middle man businesses in the name of jobs creation is the wrong, dishonest & short sighted policy.

Again, education determines the progress of a nation. Making education mandatory is the best way to revive the economy in the long run. America will be on the move again when the people in this country, both legals and illegals, are given proper, adequate education. After all, it's human beings.

Michelle Bachmann: In her latest push Mrs. Bachmann's new motto emerges: NOBAMA 2012. Introducing the new NOBAMA '12 franchise specializing in the clothing such as T-shirts, bras, panties, shoes, winter jackets, etc., and miscellaneous such as coffee muds, etc.

Joke: In the weeks leading to the Iowa contest, Mrs. Bachmann to organize the outdoor NOBAMA BBQ rallies across Iowa. My new product gonna be available soon, 12" NOBAMA BBQ sauce bottles.

The Democratic camp: OBAMA the new Democrat.

Joke: 2 stimulus cows. Obama has 2 cows. Keep one and give the other cow in bailout.

Prediction: Pres. Obama re-elected to the second term in a landslide in 2012.

11/4 - In Focus: Courtesy of BBC.

Part1: The Domestic Front: Pres. Obama's been terrific, if not great, on the domestic front. When America needed $$, Obama rolled out the stimulus. While the Republicans yelled: "NOBAMA '12.", the Democrats cheered: "ALABAMA '12."

Part 2: Foreign Affairs. With respect, Democrat Obama's diplomacy based foreign policy is garbage.

The jokes:

- Turkey said: "I wanted to be the major player in the new Middle East." Hillary Clinton came over: "Behave yourself, son."

- The Washington clowns established the direct communication line with enemy Iran. It was kind of saying: " Let us know before you do anything." Garbage!

All things considered. I wonder, what the hell is that?

11/3 - World

<> Opinion: Dictator Vladimir Putin and the proposed Eurasia realignment.

The Discussion: Russia's Putin will negatively undermine the freedom in newly founded republics in the region.

Business: The Baby Gold Rush in Northern Nevada.

While the city of Reno is economically dead, the small town of Elko is doing great economically, thanks to the continuing raising gold price.

The would be signature documentary for my newly independent website: If I had the $$ funding, I'd produce what could be the award winning documentary in BBC style about the lives of the miners, the town's livelihood, controversy & economic potential, etc.

Like the Midas touch, it's gold, baby.

Written by Anhtuan Nguyen Huynh.

Today's multimedia @ a glance.Courtesy of FT.

The Reaction: Yesterday's Obama speech. Quite frankly, I found the speech boring, repetitive. With respect, pres. Obama could have done better last night. He could stand on the windy hill in north-central Nevada, not in the air conditioned Congress, while addressing Americans LIVE. Gold, baby, gold. In using the "right now" words, Obama could've specifically emphasized the revival of the American free enterprises & entreprenuer. Encouraging people to innovate, to put their products out in the markets is easy as 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, etc.

I have a set of ideas that can make immediate $$. If funded "right now", my product(s) will be in the market next week.

Olympiacos @ Dortmund: Considered as Germany's club football answer to Barcelona, the German champions Borussia Dortmund started the CL run with high hopes. Borussia Dortmund have taken a few elements from Barcelona's in the passing term. A 1-1 home draw against Arsenal considered moderate. Things unexpectedly turned for the worst as Dortmund's garbage defending resulted in consecutive away losses @ Marseille and Olympiacos. Today's game is certainly the must win for Dortmund. Jurgen Klopp should resign if his side fail defensively again today.

Bayer Leverkusen @ Valencia: While England's Chelsea, having no chance @ the 2011/12 Premier League title, may secure their knockout stage qualification with a win @ Genk today, Germany's Bayer Leverkusen could expect a football fight @ Valencia http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qxd7Hd1BKd0%20This is a must win for both Leverkusen and Valencia. "The factory" team, die Werkself, can progress with a win.

<> Germany's football excellence is well known. Even in the off year, this year for example, Bayern Munchen still have a decent CL run. High expectations in Dortmund and Leverkusen today.

<> The Group G & H group stage matches featuring Barcelona and AC Milan would be insignificant in the football term but may be important in the business term. Based on the current points, Barcelona and AC Milan will qualify for the knockout stage regardless of today's outcome. The question for Barcelona and AC Milan is, is this a football business trip or a football contest? In the football contest Barca and AC Milan will win on any day. It's different on the football business trip. The odds on Plenz and BATE to draw or to win are huge.

11/4 - The USA Corner: The upcoming exhibitions.

The 2 match schedule against France and Slovenia respectively indicates Juergen Klinsmann's player discovery process not completed yet. Terrible! If this was ME, I could have completed this discovery process a few months ago. Klinsmann, already more than 5 months in the wilderness.

According to said above article, courtesy of Fox Soccer, it is self explainatory with regards to Klinsmann's selection. It is because there's been the seniority system in German football. However this is America, not Germany, where the ability of a player is taken into consideration for the national team, regardless of background. In life I am saddened to see the slow people use the so called "seniority system" to limit the smart ones who are grown ahead of time. For this reason, I think Juergen Klinsmann is wrong headed in this regard.

The long winter recess will enable Klinsmann to put together the qualification plans and a group of totally committed, capable players, 16 or 18 players, who will play for him throughout the qualifying process.

There is another dimension that Klinsmann should know, look at. I strongly feel that there is a group of people from the rivals, former US players for instance, working AGAINST Klinsmann's coaching. For intance, ESPN's Alexi Lalas might have wanted Klinsmann's coaching job.

I, Anhtuan Nguyen Huynh, personally would like to wish Klinsmann the best in his coaching.

The perspective: The euro currency in the years ahead.

It should be noted that the United Europe & its currency will benefit from the democratic societies around it, Afghanistan in the East & North Africa in the South. Further, the question is where the United Europe & its currency be without Germany, the world's 3rd largest economy.

The Perspective: The Worldwide Consumption Growth.

How the Chinese will light up Japan in the next decade?

Japan has the 3rd largest electricity market in the world behind the US & China. The Japanese parliament recently passed the renewable energy feed in tariff(FIT) law requiring the domestic electric utility companies to purchase renewable energy. Given the underdeveloped South Korean energy sector and Japan's geographical disadvantage, the Chinese energy companies have the upper hand in Japan's energy market.
